A drone network nobody has to buy.

A dedicated drone programme is priced for one customer. Aircraft, trained crew, permits, insurance, someone to keep it all current. The bill lands the same whether the drone flies once a month or every day. So a city inspects its bridges when the budget allows, a terminal surveys its tanks once a year, and everyone else waits until something goes wrong before anyone gets a look from above.

Aerion splits that cost across everyone in range. We place a node in an industrial or urban area and it serves a 10 kilometre radius. The drone in that node runs many jobs a day for different customers: a thermal pass over a substation in the morning, a stockpile and progress scan on a construction site at midday, a municipal survey along a road or flood-prone stretch in the afternoon, and alarm response for whoever needs it in between. One aircraft, one operations team, one set of approvals, carried by all of them.

That is why cities and industrial sites sit on the same network rather than on two. A port, a fuel terminal, a solar field, a housing development, a rescue service and a road authority inside the same radius are not separate markets to us. They are flights in the same day, from the same node, and each of them pays for coverage instead of for infrastructure.

We are owned-and-operated. Aerion owns the nodes, operates the fleet, runs the data pipeline, and holds the regulatory approvals that make the flights legal. We don't resell hardware and we don't broker other people's operators. Customers receive flights, reports, alerts and dashboards. Nothing to maintain, nothing to staff.

Estonia is the right place to build it. The country runs the EU's only fully-operational U-space sandbox in Tartu, has digital-first government infrastructure, and packs some of Europe's most concentrated industrial corridors per capita. We start in Tartu and Pärnu, then smaller Estonian cities as municipal and public-safety work comes online.
