1. Who we are

This site is operated by Aerion OÜ, an Estonian private limited company registered with the Estonian Commercial Registry under number EE 17328101, with its registered office in Tallinn, Estonia. For any privacy matter you can reach us at contact@aerion.ee.

Aerion OÜ acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect information you submit through our contact form and site assessment requests, including company name, your name, role, email address, phone number, site location, and the operational details you choose to share.

In the course of delivering services we also process drone-captured imagery and telemetry from customer sites. That imagery is governed by the relevant per-customer service agreement; this policy covers personal data handling on the public website only.

3. Lawful basis for processing

We rely on consent when you voluntarily submit a form, on contract performance when we are evaluating or delivering a service for you, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website and responding to inbound business inquiries.

4. Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, after which it is deleted or fully anonymised unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an active customer relationship.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We will only share data with a third party where you have given explicit consent or where disclosure is required by law.

6. Hosting and EU data residency

Our website and inquiry data are hosted within the European Union. Drone imagery and operational data captured for customers is stored on EU-based infrastructure unless a customer expressly requests otherwise in writing.

7. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies only. These are strictly necessary to deliver the page, remember your language preference, and keep the site secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

9. How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights please email contact@aerion.ee. We respond to verified requests within 30 days as required by Article 12(3) of the GDPR.

10. Supervisory authority

If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, AKI), the supervisory authority responsible for Aerion OÜ.
