What the network checks
From 2027, drones wait in stations across Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Viljandi. They take over the jobs people book a drone crew for today, and the trips someone makes only to go and look. Once or every day, with photos, thermal pictures and measurements.

A drone over every
-

Every morning
The whole site in one picture every morning: what went up, what arrived, whether the fences still stand. Each day is set against the day before, so the changes stand out.
For builders, developers and the city.
-

Every week, or at month end
How much sand, gravel or crushed stone lies in each pile. The drone flies over in minutes, its overlapping photos become a 3D model, and the volume comes from that. The laser measures any distance or height on the spot.
For quarries, ports, concrete plants and builders.
-

After every storm
Missing tiles, blocked gutters, a cracked chimney, and in the thermal camera the places where heat escapes. Seen from the air, with no ladder and no scaffolding.
For home owners, apartment associations and property managers.
-

Before the morning traffic
Which streets are cleared and where ice is left, where a pothole opened overnight, how a bridge deck came through the winter. The answer is there before anyone has driven the streets to look.
For the city and road maintenance.
-

Every day
Litter after the weekend, a fallen tree, a broken light or bench, and how full the car parks are. People in the pictures are blurred: the drone looks at places, not at people.
For the city, park keepers and car park operators.
-

Every week
Illegal dumps by the road and at the edge of the forest, overflowing bins, what was left after an event. Found the week it appears, not months later when someone complains.
For the city and waste services.
-

In fishing bans and after storms
Nets set where fishing is closed, rubbish washed up after a storm, oil on the water. The drone looks for the net, not the fisherman: an inspector goes out only where there is something to find.
For environmental inspectors, harbours and the city.
-

Each season
Hot cells and broken panels on solar roofs, and the warm line in the ground or the snow where a heating pipe leaks. Both show up plainly in the thermal camera.
For solar owners and heating networks.
-

On call, day and night
When an alarm goes off, the nearest drone flies there and shows the guard what is happening. After a storm or a flood, the city sees the whole picture at once instead of street by street.
For security companies, rescue services and the city.
One look, or every day
One look
A single check of one place: a roof after a storm, a site before a handover, a street after a complaint. You get the dated pictures, any measurements you asked for and a short note on what we saw.
Every day
The same place on a schedule: every morning, every week, after every storm. You get a dated picture each time and what changed since the last flight.
