Drone inspection of your building

A pilot flies a drone around your building and photographs what is hard to reach: roofs, chimneys, facades, solar panels, spires. A thermal camera shows where heat escapes, and the photos can be measured. Anywhere in Estonia, first flights in November 2026.

A weathered tile roof with two chimneys and small dormers on a large old house, seen from a drone in evening light

What we look at

  • A tiled roof from straight above: chimneys, skylights, moss on the tiles and a gutter along the edge

After a storm, or before you buy

Broken or missing tiles, rust and holes in a metal roof, moss, blocked gutters and downpipes, cracks in the chimney and around its flashing. Seen up close, with no ladder and nobody on the roof.

For home owners, apartment associations and property managers.

  • Apartment blocks with flat roofs and balconies among trees, seen from the air

    Before a renovation

Flat roofs where water stands or the membrane has torn, roof edges, balconies and facade panels of a whole block in one flight. You see where the money should go before anyone builds scaffolding.

For apartment associations and property managers.

  • A two-storey house with a slate roof and two chimneys, seen at an angle from the air

    Before repairs or a sale

Cracks, loose plaster, damp patches, balconies and window frames on the floors you can’t see well from the ground.

For owners, builders and anyone selling a house.

  • Thermal picture of roofs and a street from the air: warm roof edges and windows glow bright

    In the heating season

A thermal camera shows where warm air escapes: around windows, at the roof edge, through a cold wall or a gap in the insulation. Best on a cold evening, when it is much warmer inside than out.

For home owners and anyone planning insulation.

  • Rows of solar panels on the flat roof of an office building

    On a sunny day

Broken glass, dirt and dead cells: a cell that has stopped working shows up warm in the thermal camera. Every panel checked from the air, with nobody walking on them.

For owners of solar roofs and their installers.

  • A church spire with a golden cross seen from a drone above it, the old town square far below

    Before repairs

Church spires, bell towers, factory chimneys and other heights no ladder reaches: loose sheet metal, cracks, the cross or the lightning rod. The zoom camera gets close from a safe distance.

For parishes, owners of old buildings and plants.

  • A gravel pit from straight above: cone-shaped piles of sand and gravel, a conveyor and a dredger on a green lake

For a quote or a stock count

Roof areas for a roofer’s quote, heights and distances, and how much sand or gravel lies in a pile. The drone’s overlapping photos become a 3D model, and the figures come from that.

For roofers, builders, quarries and anyone who needs a figure, not a guess.

  • A tower block going up under a crane on a snowy building site at dusk, seen from the air

    At each stage

Pictures from above for the owner, the builder or the bank: what is done, how the site looks, what changed since the last visit.

    For owners, builders and banks.

How it works

Send the address

Press Book an inspection and tell us the building’s address, when would suit you and how to reach you. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Get a price and a time

We reply within one working day. We price each building on its own, because a garage roof and an apartment block are different jobs.

We fly, you get the pictures

You don’t need to climb anything or let us in. If rain, strong wind or fog comes, we move the flight. Then you get the pictures, thermal pictures where useful, and a short note: what needs fixing now, and what can wait.

Neighbouring village houses from the air: tiled roofs, chimneys, a half-timbered house and the lane between them

Good to know

  • A drone inspection shows what can be seen from outside. It is not a structural survey, but the pictures help the builder or expert who does one.
  • We point the camera at the building you ordered, not into the windows or yards next to it. If your building shares a wall or a yard, it helps to tell the neighbours before the flight.
  • We fly under the EU drone rules for the open category, subcategory A2, and every flight is insured. How we fly
  • You see the price before you agree to anything.
