1. About Aerion

This website is run by Aerion OÜ, an Estonian private limited company, registry code 17328101, VAT number EE102902048, based in Tallinn, Estonia. “We”, “us” and “Aerion” mean Aerion OÜ.

2. What we offer

Today we offer drone inspections of roofs, facades, heat loss and building sites in Estonia. A pilot flies each inspection under the EU drone rules for the open category, subcategory A2, and every flight is insured. We price each building separately and agree the price and the time with you before the flight.

From 2027, subject to permits, we plan to run an autonomous drone network in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Viljandi, and private drone systems for single large sites. These are plans, not services you can order today. Joining the waitlist does not commit you or us to anything.

This website is for information. The terms of a specific job are what we agree with you for that job.

3. Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies.

4. Forms

When you send the booking, waitlist or contact form, you confirm that what you send is accurate, that you may share it, and that it does not include someone else’s confidential information without their permission.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design and logo of this website belong to Aerion OÜ. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except for short quotes with the source named. Photographs by others are used under their own licences, listed on the image credits page.

6. Inspection pictures

Pictures and notes from an inspection are covered by what we agree with you for that job. Nothing on this website gives anyone rights to them.

7. No warranty for the website

The website and its content are provided as they are, without any warranty. Services are governed by what we agree with you, not by this website.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Aerion OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, or for lost profit or revenue, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union law. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer law of your country still applies.
