This website is operated by Aerion OÜ, an Estonian private limited company registered with the Estonian Commercial Registry under number EE 17328101 and based in Tallinn, Estonia. References to "we", "us", "our", or "Aerion" mean Aerion OÜ.

2. Services

Aerion provides managed drone-based monitoring and inspection programmes, related autonomous-systems engineering, and advisory services for industrial and infrastructure customers. The website itself is informational and is not a substitute for the service agreement that governs any specific engagement.

3. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time and the version posted here is the version that applies.

4. Contact form and inquiry responsibilities

When you submit information through our contact form or assessment request you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to share it, and that you are not submitting confidential information of a third party without their permission.

Footage, imagery, telemetry, and analytics produced for a customer engagement are governed by the per-customer service agreement signed for that engagement. Nothing on this website grants any licence to or interest in customer-specific deliverables.

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Operational services are governed exclusively by the relevant signed service agreement and not by anything on this site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Aerion OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
